General Guidelines

Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled appointment to fill out all necessary paperwork & to use the restroom before your session if needed. 
 
Upon arrival please set cell phones to silent & be soft spoken when inside the center. We do not want to disturb clients already in session.

Please do not hesitate to tell me your needs, this is your massage! Achieving your optimal comfort and results will be the only concern so if at any time there is something you would like changed or adjusted just let me know.

This is a non-sexual massage & wellness center. There is a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior/remarks. Your session will end immediately & you will be required to pay for the session in full.

Gratuity is greatly appreciated and is not included in the price. Industry averages are between 15%-20% of services purchased. Please note: If you were given a gift certificate it will be stated on the certificate if included.

Cancellation Policy

Because your appointment is reserved just for you I require a 24-hour notice for cancelling your session. Any cancellation made without proper notification will be subject to a 50% service charge. If multiple cancellations(2 or more in a month or 2 consecutive) occur a $25 non-refundable deposit will be taken before booking an appointment. The deposit will be deducted from payment of that booked appointment & is non-transferrable to any  future sessions / another clients session. If you fail to comply with the cancellation policy again then it will be deducted from the 50% service charge owed & you are liable for the balance due.
